PST Management Pte Ltd (PSTM) is the Trustee Manager for PST. It was incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act on 24 February 2006.

PSTM has the dual roles of safeguarding the interests of Unitholders and managing the business of PST. PSTM is responsible for growing the business, setting the strategic direction, and deciding on the acquisition, charter, enhancement and divestment of PST assets. Its overriding aim is to increase distributable cashflow to Unitholders through yield-accretive acquisitions.
